The Al-Rashid Residence is situated in Al-Khobar city within the Al-Rashid Shopping Mall. It is only a 5 to 10 minutes drive from the cornice and water front, Al-Rashid Residence is also a 10-minute drive from Bahrain causeway and about 20 minutes from Half-moon beach. WiFi is available throughout the entire property.

The spacious and elegantly designed apartments offer Arabian-inspired luxury with neutral earth tones which are enhanced by rich sycamore veneers and original local art-work. Over all I used to book and stay with them.

Good place to stay with quite, clean, facilities such as walking to mall, the garden with swimming pools for kids and adults and include breakfast with room rate.

Room AC temperature was cold and not controlable by the it's controller unit in room. May be failure.

Stay was pleasant except one mishap with the bathroom ceiling.

Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent. Proximity of rashid mall was one of the best things.

One bathroom ceiling was dripping and just before we checked out the ceiling block fell down. Someone could have had an accident but thank GOD everyone was ok.

Location and space

Very spacious and clean apartment. I liked the maids room with a private bathroom The swimming pool area is nice. Kitchen is well equipped. The three bedroom apartment had only 2 TVs.

The wifi is poor. It kept disconnecting. They have the technician to fix many times then it disconnects again. Was a great source of headache. My kids kept complaining. Toilet utilities are lacking. No hair drier.

Great Residence with access to Al-Rashid Mall

The location is excellent given the access to Al-Rashid Mall. The rooms are super clean and the staff are very helpful and supportive. Parking is no problem and security is good.

The internet speed is good but it could have been better.

Connected to the mall.

Connected to the mall. Private parking for the residents. Not bad breakfast for a 4 star hotel. All most helpful receptions. Pool is OK for kids. Room view, near to elevator was great ( 351 ) Door man welcoming is nice. Washing mashies/ iron is available.

Out dated room style. Consumed and Depreciation furniture. ( properly from the previous occupant behavior) Lag of communication and skills of the staff ( housekeeping and the tuxedo restaurant) Need to improve. Bad experience of business center Uncomfortable bed ( in my opinion) AC is not that good ( chiller system ) Disposable Shaving kit/toothbrush is not available, which is odd for a 4 star hotel. AT ALL 1 day is more than enough for this facility.

Location as it easy to get out from the hotel to inside the Rashid Mall plus there were a swimming pool and a playground area inside the hotel which was good entertainment for kids.

The reception front desk is far away from most of the rooms. Sometimes, you need to drive your car to reach an elevator close to your room.

The location is good, that’s about it that I liked

The hotel was designed poorly where I had to walk around the whole hotel to reach my room from the elevator. It took 5 minutes of fast walking from the elevator to the room. Water heater was broken and didn’t have hot water. The room service and restaurant closes at 11 pm. You cannot find anything to eat after 11 pm. I was informed that I needed to evacuate the room for pest control, no proper management for guest times which they could’ve scheduled it 1 day later when I check out. The shower was flooding the toilet with water every time I showered. A vey old and small TV. There weren’t a lot of Channels and were not even clear. I left a cleaning sign on the door and after few hours came and the room was not cleaned. I asked the cleaning crew to clean it and they told me that I have to call the reception first. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s not worth the money at all.
